Towards this objective, TMF participates in campus hiring programs and also conducts a number of off-campus initiatives throughout the year. Apart from college hiring, we also hire experienced professionals from the industry at various mid-level and senior positions.
Campus hiring operates at two levels:
- Post graduates from management institutes
- Post graduates from other streams
Campus Hiring typically starts in December and concludes in March. Graduates are taken aboard in May. We hire management graduates from all disciplines, with or without prior work experience in Marketing, Finance or other fields. As a rapidly growing organisation we look to induct post-graduate management talent from various business schools across the country.
